Cash on Delivery:

Upon delivery of the purchased items the buyer is obliged to pay the amount for Cash on Delivery orders. Delivery Services Providers are entitled to refuse delivery of the order in case the buyer does not comply with his/her obligations.

Bank Transfer payments:

During the process of your order, you will be requested to provide certain personal information in order to complete the Transaction:

In the exceptional case where we may be unsuccessful to deliver your order because of a mismatch in description or unavailability of the items by the seller, Re-define will cancel or modify your order and make a refund accordingly if the order has been paid for.

If you do not receive your order within thirty (30) business days after the date of your order, you will be entitled to cancel your order if you wish by sending a relevant request via e-mail. will settle the refund to you within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receiving your request.

Re-define cannot be held liable for delay in deliveries, in case of custom clearances at destination if the item is being shipped from abroad.

Items can be returned within 10 business days of when it was received by you. You may contact our team so that we can help you with the process of returning the item.

Items must be returned to us in the same condition as when shipped, not used or damaged with all tags intact.

You will be refunded for the full amount of the value of the items however, any shipping fees or additional charges such as bank charges will not be included. You will receive the refunded amount within 7 business days.
